America's #1 Poker League
Good Tuesday everyone,

We kept our fingers crossed, our positive vibes in the universe, and we even did a few poker god dances. But unfortunately, the World League Poker Championships will be cancelled due to the uncertainty with the Covid-19 outbreak.

While Vegas has opened up to 8 players per table, there are still restrictions in the number of people allowed in ballrooms. We know this is disappointing news to so many of you that were planning on attending – but we hope that everyone is understanding of the situation.

Qualifications: If you qualified for either the OPEN 27 event at Mohegan Sun Pocono in May, or the 2020 WLPC event in Las Vegas in November, you will be able to transfer that qualification to any event in 2021. You do not need to contact us about this – as we get closer to the spring of 2021, we will announce how to use your qualification.

For reference, here are links to the qualifications lists for National events from this past season:

National Quarterfinals:
National Semifinals:
National Finals:

National TOC Semifinals:
National TOC Finals:

Prize Packages: If you won or purchased a Hotel Package or Access Pass, do not worry – we will be emailing you in the next 2 weeks to update you on options.

Still Going To Vegas? If you are still planning on going to Vegas this November, a few of us from the team may still be going and perhaps we can set up a small private tournament or two while we are out there. We will keep you updated on this. ??

Thanks again for your understanding. We are excited to see you all in the Spring!

All the best,

Mike and the entire World Tavern Team
